Arctic Awakening Yoga Retreat | Svalbard | 28 February – 4 March 2026

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the “Participant”) and Soul Peak Studio & Snowfox Travel (the “Organizers”) for participation in the Arctic Awakening Yoga Retreat in Svalbard.


By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the full retreat price is required to secure your place.

  • Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking, with any payments made forfeited.

2. Cancellations by Participant

  • In the event of cancellation by the Participant before 60 days prior to the retreat start date: 30% of the travel sum applies; in the event of cancellation between 59 days and 30 days before the retreat, 70% of the travel sum cancellation fee applies - in this case means there will be a 30% refund done by the Organizers, when the final (full) payment was done by the Participant.

  • In the event of cancellation 30 days before the Trip, there is no refund / 100% cancellation fee applies. We highly recommend travel insurance that includes flight and trip cancellation coverage for extra peace of mind.

  • Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior written approval from the Organizers.

3. Cancellations by Organizers

  • The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, including (but not limited to) insufficient participant numbers, extreme weather, or travel restrictions.

  • In such cases, Participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding the deposit.

  • The Organizers are not responsible for additional costs incurred by Participants, such as flights, visas, insurance, or transfers.

4. Travel & Insurance

  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Svalbard, including any necessary visas or entry documentation.

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory. This must cover medical treatment, trip cancellation, delays, and Arctic-specific risks such as weather-related disruptions.

  • Proof of valid travel insurance may be requested by the Organizers prior to departure.

5. Health & Wellbeing

  • By booking, Participants confirm that they are physically and medically able to participate in yoga, breathwork, guided excursions, and other retreat activities.

  • Any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or dietary requirements must be disclosed before booking.

  • Participation in all activities is at the Participant’s own risk. The Organizers accept no liability for injury, illness, or death arising from participation in retreat activities.

6. Retreat Experience

  • The retreat program and schedule are subject to change based on weather conditions, wildlife activity, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond the Organizers’ control.

  • All activities are voluntary; Participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace and within their personal limits.

7. Liability

The Organizers are not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

  • Personal injury, illness, or death arising from retreat activities.

  • Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, strikes, political events, or other external factors.

Participants accept full responsibility for their health, safety, and belongings throughout the retreat.

8. Photography & Media

  • Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the retreat and used by the Organizers for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Participants who do not wish to appear in any media must notify the Organizers in writing before the start of the retreat.

9. Code of Conduct

The retreat is designed to cultivate a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all. Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law. Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.

11. Snowfox Travel Terms

As this retreat is organized in partnership with Snowfox Travel, all Participants are also bound by Snowfox Travel’s General Terms & Conditions, available at:

12. Agreement

By booking your place at the Arctic Awakening Yoga Retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, including the terms set forth by Snowfox Travel.
