The amount you pay now is a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your place.

The remaining balance is to be paid later via bank transfer — we’ll send you full payment instructions by email once your deposit has been received.

We offer two room options: single occupancy and double occupancy.

Single occupancy gives you a room to yourself, at our standard per-person rate.

Double occupancy means sharing a room with a travel companion. Selecting this option charges automatically for two people, at a per-person rate that's cheaper than single occupancy since the cost is split. If you and your companion would prefer to pay separately rather than have one booking cover both of you, just let us know and we'll help arrange that.

Traveling solo but open to sharing a room with another solo traveler? Email us and we'll do our best to pair you with a companion. We put real effort into finding a match, but we can't guarantee one every time.

If you'd like a specific bed setup, such as one shared double bed rather than two twins, email us to request it and we'll do what we can to accommodate.

If you are a local on Svalbard OR you already have your own accommodation to stay and would like to join, please contact us for the price without accommodation.
