The amount you pay now is a 20% non-refundable deposit only to secure your place.

The remaining balance is to be paid later via bank transfer — we’ll send you full payment instructions by email once your deposit has been received.

Rooms are shared (double occupancy), but each guest will have their own single bed. You will not be sharing a bed with another person in the room.

If you are traveling with someone and would like to be placed in the same room, please select “double occupancy” when booking. Once you’ve paid the deposit, email us to let us know who you will be sharing with so we can assign you together.

If you specifically wish to have a double bed, please email us to request this option.

If you are a local on Svalbard and would like to join, please contact us for the price without accommodation.
